iVANZi takes the risk and hassle out of ordering new lines of merchandise through a concept called “Joint Sale” that can change your business forever. Our Wholesale Marketplace is a password-protected online portal featuring collections from emerging brands for you to review and consider. We cultivate small studios, designers and indie brands from the U.S. with products that can add character to your store and make it a shopping destination.
These sellers have agreed to send your opening order on approval for a trial period of 30 or 60 days to see if their merchandise will sell successfully in your store. If so, congratulations! You have a new vendor to provide products at wholesale, and you can reorder as often as needed to drive sales and please your customers.
If merchandise shipped on approval does not sell, you have the option to ship back remaining product (in saleable condition) and pay only for what sold, plus insured shipping fees. That means no discounting, no slow sellers languishing in the stock room, no money tied up in inventory that doesn’t work for you.
An initial order on approval through our Joint Sale program is like a temporary consignment agreement, but our system removes risk for the seller and the buyer. Sellers often have an aversion to consignment, and understandably so. They need to know that they will be paid, and that their merchandise is safe.
iVANZi ensures this by having retailers pay the cost of the order upfront, which is held in an iVANZi Hold Account during the trial period. At the end of the trial period, your sales results determine whether funds are transferred to the seller, or refunded to you. In this way, all parties are ensured that transactions are safe and fair.
If there are issues or questions that arise between the seller and buyer, iVANZi provides customer services to help resolve them.
You may spend time and money flying to trade shows, sitting down with sales reps or scouring the internet to find lines to buy at wholesale. As we build out our Wholesale Marketplace, we will offer an ever-increasing number of sellers who are pre-screened and have the ability to provide the merchandise you need when you need it.

You have the option to leave feedback concerning slow moving items or unsold merchandise to sellers. This allows you to make adjustments to future orders from sellers based on observed market trends and consumer behavior that is unique to your store’s demographics. The result is better product selection that benefits you and sellers.
* You are required to initiate a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’ (RMA) from your iVANZi account for the unsold items within 5 days of the end of the RPC. If you do not ship back the items on time and provide proof of shipment, we will consider all items sold and will release the full amount of the Joint Sale Funds to the seller.
