This store is obligated to provide clear and coherent return policies for all customers. These policies include, but are not limited to:

  • Accepting returns 7 days after a product is received, for any reason.
  • Accepting returns and exchanges for products of equal value, likeness or quality.

The following are not eligible for a return or exchange:

    • Custom Order or Made to Order products
    • Products not in original packaging or in re-sale condition
    • Used or worn products
    • Undergarments

Should you wish to return a defective or not in compliance product, with a view to exchanging it or seeking a refund, or should you wish to utilize your right to cancel and return, you must comply with all the following conditions and strict cancel-and-return procedure.

This cancel-and-return procedure is a 3 steps process.


Step 1: return request

In accordance with Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have 7 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product ordered, to request a product return at your own expenses.

To request a return, you should send an email to mentioning:
(a) Your order number
(b) Your full contact details and
(c) The product references
(d) A deion of the problem in the case of a non-conformity/quality return

You can also complete and submit the model form for return and refund or any other unequivocal statement on our website If you use this option, we will send without delay an acknowledge receipt of the return and refund form using a durable medium (eg by email). For the return and refund period to be complied with, you need to transmit your communication on the exercise of the right of  return and refund before the expiration of the  return and refund period.

Step 2: return the product:

The return of the products must take place within seven business days of Holi issuing a Return Form. At the end of that period, Holi will not exchange or refund the products ordered. Holi acceptation of your return will result in a cash refund. This refund may be made by re-accrediting the payment method used for the original payment of the Product. It will take place within 30 days at most after issuing the receipt confirmation of the Product.

All costs and risks involved in the return of the products are at your own expense. It is strongly recommended that you return the products by receipted registered post to ensure its arrival at the given address. You understand that a parcel that is not sent by Holi cannot be taken under the responsibility of the latter. As the addresser, you are the only one in a position to ask the carrier to open an inquiry.

All the following elements/conditions must be fulfilled for Holi to accept your return:
(a) Your return must have Holi prior authorization and the Return Form, provided by the Holi Customer Service, printed out, filed and attached to the returned product.
(b) You must respect the original state of the product (sealing, packaging, accessories, manual, etc)
(c) You must provide attached invoice relating to the purchase.
(d) Incorrect or excessive use, a deteriorated state of presentation, and in general any inappropriate use with respect to the purpose for which the product was meant, will void you right to return the product.
(e) We will not refund or reimburse any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been deteriorated. In particular, if the product’s packaging has been deteriorated during the return, Holi will not accept its reimbursement.


Step 3: refund

Upon receipt of the Product returned, Holi will confirm its good reception by sending you an e-mail.

Holi reserves the right to decide in good faith if all of these conditions have been met.

Holi acceptation of your return will result in a cash refund. This refund may be made by re-accrediting the payment method used for the original payment of the Product. It will take place within 30 days at most after issuing the receipt confirmation of the Product.



The products offered by Holi are in accordance with the current French legislation.

Holi shall not be held liable for the total or partial non-performance or a delay in performance of the contract, that is caused by the product being out of stock, unavailable, or by a Force Majeure Event including, without limitation, severe disturbance in the security of the Internet, technical failures, unauthorized access and/or intrusions into the Website’s servers, strikes of all natures and computer or telephone failure.

Holi shall not be held liable for any indirect damages that might arise from the fact of purchasing the products.

You benefit of a limited warranty against hidden defects. Please refer to the Limited Warranty document available on the website


1. Partial invalidity

If any provision of these general sales conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction or declared as such in accordance with a law or regulation, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.


2. Non-waiver

The fact that one of the parties does not insist that the failure by the other party to fulfill any obligation referred to in these general sales conditions be remedied shall not be construed as a waiver of the obligation in question in further occasions. No waiver shall be effective against Holi unless made by an authorized officer of Holi in writing, and no such waiver shall be construed as a waiver in any other or subsequent instance.


3. Applicable law

The sales of products by Holi are subject to the regulations concerning distance selling in force in the United States today. If you order is for export, you should check with the local authorities about the entry conditions and specific prohibitions applying for the ordered items. It is your responsibility to make the necessary declaration(s) and/or payment(s) to the appropriate authorities and/or officials in your respective country.

Holi cannot be held liable if you do not respect the legislation of the country in which the items will be introduced.

Any dispute resulting from these general sales conditions will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.


4. Privacy

The information collected by Holi when you place any order on the website is needed for the management of your order by Holi and its business partners. In accordance with the French Data Protection Law nr 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, request the rectification of, oppose and request the deletion of the data concerning you held by Holi.
